Squid / Calamari

. In countries where English is used, squids, like food, are often sold under the Italian name Calamari.
Squids are abundant in some areas, and provide great catches to Sri Lanka's fisheries.
The squid carcass can be stuffed whole, it can be cut into flat pieces or rings. The head, tentacles, and ink are also edible. In fact, only the parts do not eat only the mouth part of the head and the organ called glaudis — the semblance of a tentacle. Kalmar is a good source of zinc and manganese, it contains a high content of copper, selenium, vitamin B12, riboflavin.

The Reef Squid
(Latin: Sepioteuthis lessoniana) prefers to hunt in shallow waters near the reef, mainly on crustaceans and small fish. Inhabits the Indian, as well as the Pacific Ocean. Reef squid is caught in South Asia in huge quantities. Its meat is considered to be perfectly balanced in terms of nutrients and microelements. These squid are the second name Marine Ginseng, but all the medicinal properties of reef squid meat is quite difficult to list.
